"She's Wonderful" was a loop pedal/FB live jam created over the course of an afternoon. The pedal steel part was the first take but it took two hours to get the Theremin part right so that's where it stopped. It is dedicated to friend, radio host, and champion of this project, Cindy Wonderful and yes, that's her name.

"Sauna Endurance Interval" was developed as a loop to listen to in the sauna after working out. I've tried ambient music and melodic music in there and found I needed something both and neither.

"Lost in Your Aquarium" is a total love song.

"Toward a Permanent Click Track" was recorded on the couch while re-watching Star Trek: Picard, thinking of the vulnerabilities in all the characters and how each is seeking their own rhythm. Also, the click track bled through.
